DMV's OWN LUEGAR!!! ((THE NEW D.C.))

LUEGAR

Rapper, Luegar, was born in Harlem, NY. His formative years were spent moving up and down the East Coast with brief stints in Pittsburg, PA, Hartford, CT, and Tampa, FL before settling in Washington, DC. Along the way he picked up the love for music and hip-hop.

While the name Luegar may be new to some, this up and coming hip-hop artist is no rookie in the music game. He's been on the scene since 1998, as half of the duo Vagabondz formed with fellow rapper Haziq Ali. The duo signed a series of deals, the final a multimillion dollar deal with Tommy Boy Records, but with the fickle music industry, nothing panned out. Soon thereafter, the pair formed Organized Rhyme with fellow rapper Tabi Bonney as a family of Washington, DC area independent artists. Determined to make it on their own terms, Organized Rhyme launched a series of underground CD's and DVD's making them not only popular in the DC area, but throughout the East Coast.

Luegar is now poised for a solo project with his mixtape "The New DC", growing a huge buzz in the DC Metro Area. Easily transitioning from club bangers to hard tracks, with street lyrics and hypnotic hooks, Luegar has the kind of versatility that positions him to be at the forefront of the hip-hop game in DC and beyond for years to come.
His single "Weekend Girl" is already a regional hit, gaining regular airplay on local radio stations from DC to Pittsburg, PA. The video for "Weekend Girl", directed by Tabi Bonney, has the bloggers talking and saying that Luegar might be the next big thing out of DC. The video also just been added to rotation on MTV2, MTV Jams, and VH1 Soul. Luegar is now packing area clubs and commanding performances on the near weekly basis. He is destined to make a name for himself this year in DC and beyond.

PIONEER WHO ME?

First up I would like to show big love to the good people at THEOVUN.COM blog I think they are ran by the XM 66 RAW DJ's witch for the record I have never met but they decided to shed some light on the history of the DMV...

So the story is I was actually impressed by my homie LUEGAR marketing that has been going on and I went and googled him to find out all the press he has been getting so I come upon this blolg that was writing about how they didn't understand why D.C. didn't get on all these yaers and they were also saying good things about LUEGAR as well and then they gave ultimate props to the TEAM UNCUT a group that I was a member of from 1993 until 2002 But still keep a healthy music relationship with to this day so check out there blog here.... And one of them asked me what do I do and I laughed and said I Rap and run a MOVEMENT called UNIFY or DIE! and then he asked me how long you been rapping did you just start and I laughed again and said nah I put out my first single and got signed in "93" so the good young brother said dam slim you a PIONEER to this DMV hip hop thing and I toldem yeah I support all of them we have came a very long way.... we exchanged numbers and I look forward to doing business with him in the future here is the dictionary definition of the word PIONEER and I think it may be the suitable word for my career....

KANYE WEST & LOUIS VUITTON LINK UP TO MAKE A SHOE...

kanye west to debut his new shoe he designed for LOUIS VUITTON in there summer collection that's big Louie hes the first rapper to get a shoe from a high end brand that's like me coming out with my own GUCCI but it would be something viscous like the throw back joints that came in green, red and black high tops around "89" maybe 90

This is a commercial I seen a while back with Pharell beats behind it that's when I knew they were embracing the hip hop DOLLAR$ smart move I kinda knew it was going to happen because one day I was in the store and I cracked a joke to the sales man that if I spent everything in my pocket could I get a discount and she politely said NAH! but she also said that KANYE is the only one that she knew of that ever got a discount be cause he has spent close to a half a mill with the brand ....

"What I do act more stupidly bought more jewelry more LOUEE V my moma couldn't get through to me"

(WAIT TO I GET MY MONEY RIGHT)

THE CURE FOR HATE IN THE D.M.V.

In the movie I am legend there was a scene where WILL SMITH explained to the lady who carried the cure in the end that BOB MARLEY believed that you could cure HATE by injecting music and love into peoples LIVES...... I think also music and musicians /ARTIST that show love are the cure in my opinion

"The people who are trying to make this world worst are not taking a day off how can I (LIGHT UP THE DARKNESS)"

-I AM legend QUOTE

CHECK OUT THE SCENE.

Rap Brown (GOOGLE HIM) in the pictures I want to also say thank you to the person who made it for showing MUSLIMS in a peaceful light because we all ways get negative coverage by the media so watch and See all that blacks in general and what we have have came through....
